Design is a creative process. Each project is unique, encompassing design, creative reflection, application and integration of your particular likes and opinions, as well as existing conditions. Our high standards and your satisfaction play an integral role in the design process. For this reason an estimated culmination of time required to sufficiently complete your project would be impossible to formulate.

Our standard hours of operation are Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM, however under special circumstances provisions may be made for evenings and weekends and are subject to rate adjustments. Design fees are calculated on an hourly basis and are applied to all consultation, design services, and travel. Invoices are mailed at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s services & are due upon receipt.

We collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, electricians, plumbers, specialists and vendors involved in your project to ensure your project runs efficiently. All consultations with individuals working together on your project will be billed to you, the client, at our standard rate.
